There are some reasons this can happen. Please email us the form(s) you received, we will fix the problem for you.

What if my transaction is interrupted in the middle of the purchase?
If your transaction is interrupted before you complete the order on the FastSpring check out page, your transaction will be considered as an uncomplete process.
At this time, please go back to Fastrack website and click on the CART icon on the top right corner of homepage, you will see the form(s) you purchased still there. Please then proceed with your order by clicking on Check Out and fill in the order details to complete the order.
If your transaction is interrupted after you complete the order on the FastSpring check out page and you do not have enough time to download the form(s) on the check out page, then please log in your email address that you previously entered on the FastSpring check out page and check your Inbox, SPAM filters/folders or JUNK folder. We are sure your form(s) will be there.

We are sure you received the download link. Please check your SPAM filters/folders and JUNK folder. If you still see no emails in SPAM filters/folders or JUNK folder, it is possible that you entered the wrong email address in
Order details form.

When will I receive my order?
Only 5 seconds after clicking on the “Complete Order” button on FastSpring check out page, you will see the download link(s) at the bottom of the page. At the same time, the download link(s) will be sent to your email and your purchase will be available for 7 days (up to 4 attempts); after which the download link(s) will expire.
There are 2 ways to download the link(s), in case you have to leave our store in the middle of the purchase, you can also download the form(s) within 7 days by checking your email and click on the URL in there.

Do I have to have an account to place an order?
There is no requirement to set up an account to place an order with us. We recognise that your business needs are immediate and you want the information you purchased, straight away. We will not waste your time seeking unnecessary information from you.

I am experiencing problems saving your forms in *.docx or *.xls. What should I do ?
Yes, our forms are both in Word and Excel format.
Microsoft Office 2007 is a major update to the office suite. Word and other programs in the suite will use new document formats.
So, if you upgrade to Word 2007, you should consider changing the save settings. You can save the *.doc form in a format that is compatible with earlier versions of Word but you need to save the *.xls form in Excel 2007 format . That way, you won’t have any problems losing features.

the .doc format, which is compatible with earlier versions of Word.

The cost of the forms or documents depends on the information content and format of the form or document.

What if the form I downloaded is not the one I saw under the preview ?
This rarely happens. We are very careful to upload preview images because we appreciate that our customers like to check the appearance and content of the form(s) prior to purchase.

Yes, discounts of varying percentages are available for purchase of full packages. If you buy a full package, you will of course get a discount rate.
